The summer 2022 handbook project team joined the policy group for this picture. This group completed a draft0 of recommendations and will continue this work.

Reviewed the work of the summer 2022 base documents project team and discussed the status of the base documents for teachers.

Currently, the school handbook and a curriculum binder are on hand.

In the summer of 2022, MSS staff requested and got a Professional Development training from Dr. Soalablai. Since then, MSS has entered into partnership with McREL to develop its teacher effectiveness program.

The MSS partnership team is composed of the Vice Principal, Susan, and Dawn. This team can become the teacher enhancement team for MSS.

Prepared to continue the work initiated by the summer 2022 Instructional Materials Project team. One teacher remains from that team and the other three are new.

Their starting point is the spreadsheet of textbooks and their condition.

The project resulted in identification of categories and a list of equipment on hand, plus and inventory of teacher assigned computers.

The former team members have since left MSS so there was no one at the meeting to pick up the project.

Prepared to continue the work they by in the summer 2022: report card system and students and parents lists.

They will pick up from where they left off. The report card system team is now inputting 2023 q1 and q2 scores. The student and parent list team will restart work on those lists.
